Cause

Paper output tray is not pulled out.

What to Do

Make sure there are no objects impeding paper output tray motion.

Pull the paper output tray out to the front side until it stops and press the printer's OK button to cancel the error.

Important

• Do not retract the paper output tray while the printer is in operation.

Note

• To cancel printing, press the printer's Stop button.
